I chose to get a Harry Potter related tattoo, located on my right ankle, as my first tattoo because it has always and will always be a huge part of my life. The books have got me through so much and taught me lessons since I was a child. Platform 9 3/4 is where all the magic really began in the story and it is where the final scene in the story takes place. I turn to the Harry Potter books and movies as an escape from the world, and a sense home when I need it; which is what it gave Harry. I’ll always love Harry Potter.
